AAMT Compliant Quality Plan |

Each client’s account and workload will be assigned to a group of three to five transcriptionists headed by a team leader, with an average of two to three transcriptionists assigned to each dictating physician. This organizational practice will maximize quality and efficiency by allowing transcriptionists to become familiar with the style, content, and expressions of different physicians. The team leaders will maintain a feedback system to identify and quickly rectify any issues as they arise.
To increase quality and to shorten both ramp up time and turnaround times, the team leaders will continually monitor the performance of the transcriptionists, editors, sub editors, and QA representatives on their team and decide QC review requirements for each team member.
As an added quality control, a minimum 10% of all transcription work will go through 100% QC inspection for each team member regardless of their proficiency level. |
